Sprocket sat on the same log, in the same forest and stared at the same moon as he had done for most of his life. But now nothing was as it had been, the forest lay dead and lifeless around him, the harmony having seemingly permanently deserted them, no elders sitting around the roaring fire with snivels snuggled up at there feet, and of course no evensong. At first he couldn’t believe what he had seen that night half a moon ago. I mean humans weren’t real where they?
